Three adventurous Long Island foodies will soon be embarking on an ambitious odyssey to bring authentic regional American cuisine home to Long Island. The trio - Alan Kelley, Philippe Corbet and Robert Mack - managing partner, executive chef, and wine/beverage manager, respectively, of Oscar’s of St. James, will showcase their culinary findings via a program called “City Menus,” which will be offered at Oscar’s throughout the year.
